Medical consult first
Medical-grade actives (retinoids, azelaic acid, targeted cleansers) do the daily heavy lifting in-clinic treatments can't. This is the foundation of every acne plan, and often the only thing mild acne needs.
IPL uses targeted light to reduce acne-causing bacteria and calm the redness and inflammation of active breakouts. Usually done as a short series, spaced a few weeks apart.
Once active breakouts are under control, microneedling stimulates collagen to smooth uneven texture and fade the flat marks acne leaves behind. Not used on inflamed, actively breaking-out skin.
For pitted or indented scarring left by cystic acne, RF Microneedling and CO2 Skin Resurfacing remodel deeper collagen. We treat scarring as a separate, staged phase once breakouts are calm.
Botox and filler don't treat acne
