Frequently Asked Questions
Which provinces is this manual available for?
Ontario, Manitoba, British Columbia and Alberta. Each version is built to that province’s specific regulatory college requirements, not a generic template.
Can I use my own clinic's logo?
Yes, send us your logo and it’s used throughout the manual. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll use Seamless Health’s branding. Please send a vector based file if possible; if not, ensure it is a high resolution bitmap. It is printed on a white background, so please send the appropriate logo version.
What if I need changes after delivery?
One complimentary edit is included after delivery. Please review our cancellation policy before ordering. Additional edits are available on a billable basis.
Are the medical directives specific to my clinic's prescriber?
Yes, they can be. If you choose to include the medical directives, we have fully prepared directives, but you can have your prescriber mark their changes and these can be included in the one free edit you are eligible for.
How long does it take to receive my manual?
Approximately 14 business days from when you confirm your province and format, and we receive your logo.
